"Joanne looked after my sweet 12 year old cat for ten days in April.
Unfortunately my cat Aki was pretty unwell most likely due to the stress of us not being there😥 which was worrying and upsetting
Joanne was communicative and caring, taking Aki to the vet and administering medication. When I asked her to increase her visits to care for Aki she kindly was able to do so and continued to send regular updates and photos/videos which was a relief to see
I’m sure it wasn’t the most relaxing cat sitting job and am appreciative of her kind caring nature towards Aki!

"Claire is a fantastic cat sitter, and while we were anxious to leave our cat at home for the first time in a while, she made us feel calm and confident in our 2 week trip away.
Our cat is an older boy (14) and requires a bit more attention than most, due to a health condition. Claire was more than happy to help with us with a specific meal and medicine schedule, and extra attention to his litter box, as he can be very fussy.
Claire sent us really fantastic updates every day, with lots of lovely pictures and detailed messages to keep us worry-free during our trip, which we really appreciated.
She went out of her way to ensure he was happy, fed/watered, medicated and given lots of attention and tickles every day. Even with some unexpected issues she was calm, collected and went above and beyond to help us make sure our cat was really well cared for.
Thank you so much Claire, we would highly recommend you and we will be in touch if we ever have to leave our grumpy, lovely old boy again in future!"

"Miriam is wonderful, she has been helping me with my dog Charlie, a 4 month old Labrador and I'm very grateful to Miriam for her patience and her love and care for Charlie. She has been intrumental in his basic training and she has also allowed him to be just a loving young happy and playful pup. I believe she has been instrumental in helping me raise him with such a lovely attitude. Mirriam is thoughful and dilligent, she is very communicative and helpful in so many ways. "Jeff has again provided amazing pet sitter service to us during our rather long trip. He had a genuine love for animals and a true passion for looking after pets. He not only followed our instructions to feed and walk our two dogs that can be quite a handful, but even went above and beyond to ensure that our pets felt safe, and happy in our absence. Our previous pet sitter always rushed to finish the job, but Jeff would walk them for a long time to ensure the dogs get enough exercise. We received also regular updates in great details and lovely photos of our dogs which allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about them. We are incredibly thankful and look forward to hiring Jeff again in our future trips!"

"This was the first time using a pet sitter for my two cats. I was very nervous leaving them but Mei was very attentive to the cats. She fed them and played with them on every visit. She posted pictures and videos which really helped reassure me the cats were happy. One of my cats is very anxious and nervous of strangers. Mei was patient and soothing and by the end of the holiday I could see that Mei had won her over and was happy to be stroked and petted by Mei. Recommend and will definitely use Mei again. "
